Electronic Amplifiers offers a custom amplifier built around their Fireball platform called the Comet. It is a seven tube all-octal giant. Output is through four 6V6 tubes operating in class AB. Both the preamp and phase inverter tubes are 6SL7s. The tube rectifier is a 5AR4. Installed in the amplifier is an Area 51 BMT-60 tube bias-modulation tremolo unit. The amplifier includes a three band tone stack, and a single, clean-to-drive volume control.This amplifier has an output of 40 watts taking the vintage tone to modern power.
