Shure offers two drum mic kits. the PGDMK4 includes three PG56 microphones, one PG52 microphone, three A50D drum mounts, four XLR to XLR cables, and a carrying case. The PGDMK6 includes one PG52 microphone, three PG56 microphones, two PG81 microphones, three A50D drum mounts, six XLR to XLR cables, and a carrying case.

The Opus drumsets offer high-performance drum microphones from the Opus range. Four sets are available as individually customized sets. The sets include a rugged transport case with foam inlay which can be equipped with one Opus 99 (bass drum), an ST 99 bass drum stand, three Opus 53's, MC 930's (overhead, hi-hat, cymbals) and up to four Opus 88's (snare drums, toms) and four Opus 67's.

The MB/Dk4 Drum Pack includes a core selection of four microphones specifically engineered for drum applications. The three included MB 5k snare/tom microphones and one MB 6k kick microphone feature low-profile design for minimum visibility and versatile placement options around the drum kit. Also included in the package are three drum-rim microphone mounts and a durable carrying case. The comprehensive MB/Dk6 Drum Pack includes a core selection of four microphones specifically engineered for drum applications, along with two MB 4k cardioid condenser microphones ideal for drum overhead miking. Also included in the package are three drum-rim microphone mounts and a durable carrying case.

Earthworks offers the DK25/L, a live performance drum mic kit, and the DK25/R, a drum mic kit for recording and studio use. Both are a three mic system utilizing two overhead mics and one kick drum mic. The Earthworks microphones capture every nuance of sound from each piece of the drum set with such exceptional clarity that it sounds like a live set of drums, not a bunch of separate pieces.

The Apex125 is ideally suited to handling the high SPL and extended low frequencies that most bass drums can produce. Ideally suited for the job of miking the snare and toms, the Apex126 is designed from the ground up for drum kit. The Apex165 is particularly suited for many different types of instruments including drums, sax, trumpet, trombone, woodwinds, acoustic (especially classical) guitars, cello, and double bass.

Avantone offers the CDMK-5, a five peice drum mic kit, the CDMK-7, a seven peice drum mic kit, the ATOM, a tom mic, the ADM, a snare mic, and the AMK Mondo, a kick drum mic.

Samson offers the 3kit, a three peice drum mic kit, the 5kit, a five peice drum mic kit, the 7kit, a seven peice drum mic kit, and the 8kit, an eight peice drum mic kit.

The frequency response and cardioid pick-up pattern of the e604 are optimized for drum sets and other percussion instrument miking, while also producing exceptional results on all forms of brass and woodwind. An integral stand mount screws directly onto mic stands and included clip attaches mic to rim of drum.

The D 40 with its solid all-metal body will stand up to the hardships of night-after-night onstage use. The Varimotion diaphragm deep-drawing process allows the diaphragm itself to be fine-tuned with no need for tuning resonators. The transducer is protected by a sturdy wire-mesh cap and takes extremely high sound pressure levels. An integrated stand adapter and standard H 440 mounting bracket for snare drums, tom-toms, etc. make the D 40 a versatile tool for use on drums and percussion.

The back of the Kickball mic features a three-position bass frequency switch allowing three distinct low-frequency equalization curves. This circuit is based on a unique active RC filter that attenuates sub-bass (below 20Hz) frequencies and contours the low end without any noticeable phase distortion. Ideal for both stage and studio use, the Kickball can be used on virtually any instrument: kick drum, snare drum, and tom toms. And like any good kick drum microphone, the Kickball can withstand extremely high sound pressure levels.
