Patchbays

The PB-48 Patch Bay by DBX comes in half-normalled or de-normalled models featuring 48 ¼” points on the front panel connected to 48 ¼” points on the rear with rugged noise-free design.

Frontier Design Group’s Apache patchbay features 12 optical inputs and out puts supporting both ADAT and TOSLINK (optical SPDIF) digital audio signals on standard optical connectors in addition to 1 MIDI input and output, 12 patch presets within APACHE unit and unlimited number of presets when using computer-based MIDI control.

Hosa Technology, Inc offers several 48 point ¼” patch bays in addition to a 12 point XLR3F to XLR3M patch bay and a selection of modular patch bays. Patch bay features include front panel LEDs, half and de-normalled operation and reversible PCB channel modules.

Neutrik offers a several patch bays are available in a variety of jack types, wiring and grounding possibilities. Common versions include 1/4" A-gauge and longframe B-gauge jacks on the front rows. The mechanical size is designed to fit into 1U 19" standard racks.

Pro Co Sound offers PJ Series patchbays featuring 48pt MIL spec 1/4" PB available with many options as well as TT Series patchbays featuring 96pt Bantam PB available with additional options.

Samson Audio manufactures the S-patch 48 point ¼” patch bay featuring normalled, half-normalled and through operation in a single rack space. Also produced is the S-patch Plus which also includes 3-way front panel mode switches, ¼” TRS Connectors and 19” rack mount chassis.

The Q-C Patch Series by Switchcraft features 1RU or 2RU versions, with or without connectors, cable tie bar and silver plated connectors. The one rack unit height version comes with 16 male, or 16 female, or 8 male and 8 female connectors. The two rack unit version comes with 16 male and 16 female connectors.

TC Electronics Digital Konnekt X32 patchbay features format converter and FireWire audio interface as well as 16x16 channel audio interface, seamless DAW integration with integrator plug-in, 8 channel of sample rate conversion on board, front panel UI lock and scene recall for instant recall of full setups.

Z

-systems offers a variety of rack mountable patchbay products with several different connector configurations with types including RCA, BNC, XLR and optical. Other features available include full automation and routing.

Now available in 1 RU, 1.5 RU, and 2 RU. These 2X48 audio patchbays are wired to 3-pin connectors and come with the Audio Accessories "Quick -Switch" normalling system located on the rear of the panel (allowing you to set the individual normals on a per jack pair basis). This enables you to full-normal, half-normal or non-normal by sliding the switches into the appropriate position. You also have grounding options: isolated, bussed, or grounds vertically strapped.
